You say "parade" but it sounds kind of like a protest to me. Doing something like that on the Virginia Tech campus so close to the anniversary of April 16th seems in poor taste... it's a difficult time for 26,000 students and faculty who have done nothing wrong, so this seems a little disrespectful...
